It changes only the selection order of the teams picking . The values stay the same.
Remove the teams in order, and it is just the values for each slot. Except his also includes the comp picks for each team.
So that makes it different also.

Makes it easy to follow, knowing which team has what values, as opposed to looking at the round and the pick, from a standard chart. then having to look to see what team picks there from another chart.

They just put this year’s teams next to the values, it’s the same
