Literally every write up I’ve read states many see him as a guard with his trex armsI would highly be interested in a link supporting this
Didn’t say he was trashYes, Slater is trash. What was I thinking, chap!
Go back to sleep.
Dalton got his arse whooped against average and good teams, like AZ, Ravens, WFT. he beat three teams, who had their back up QBs, with defense handing him the ball 9 times and scoring for him once. last game of the season against a 5 win team he shiet his pants....are you serious about Dalton? man, perhaps you should become a bears fan given your love of Dalton.
p.s. Dak played 1.5 games with Smith and the rest was same patch work OL, except less experienced. Dalton benefited once the OL played together for a few games and got some experience.
really wilson has some really nice weapons to work with. good OL and good running game. since he lost the defense that helped him make the superbowl run he has been underwhelming for a guy you keep touting so much. he is 1-3 in the playoffs the past 5 years.
Watson had some nice weapons and didn't produce. then last year he went 4-12. if you go 4-12 you are part of the problem, no matter how you cut it...now he apprantley harrassed 22 women. nice role model for his teammates and community. yes, character matters.
you don't sound like a cowboys fan....

Have to believe if Pitts or Sewell is there at 10 then either of them will be the pick, if not then most likely Surtain or Horn or as a wildcard Jeremiah Owusu Koramoah who can play LB or S. Trading up might be a great idea in the 2nd round but if you think Atlanta or Cincy or Miami are going to move down for just a 3rd then you are living in a fantasy world, heck Denver would probably demand more just to move down one spot. The least it would cost to move up to 4 or 5 or 6 would be our 2nd and most likely a pick in 2022.Dak needs OL Slater with the 10th pick
OR
TE Pitts (even if Jerry has to surrender his 3rd Round pick to move up in a swap of No. 5 for No. 10)
Don't like this scenario? Why?
A Slater could protect Dak from his blind side. A Pitts could make Dak look like a top 10 QB (which he isn't).
So, which is it, Dak chaps?
FA has addressed some FA needs on defence and picks in the 2nd and 4th rounds could help the D further. (And don't be fooled. One high pick for the D is NOT going to totally fix the defence.)
Holla, and brings me a dollah!
Don’t recall Dak ever being on of the worst in the leagueLol your clueless if you really believe a QB in his 1st year here with zero off-season benefited from the crap we had at OL at any point last year. Was he benefitting when they pulled steel a few plays into the game? There was no continuity with these guys. The only linemen playing all 16 was williams. I give dalton a bit of a pass as we had to take down field plays off the table, the tackles couldn't block long enough to use them. Last time dak has 1 bad tackle he was one of the worst QB's in the league even with zeke rushing for way

Do agree on Dalton
He had no chance back there

Agree, I was only echoing you.i believe we are saying the same thing
I give Dalton ZERO leash. he is a 10 year NFL veteran. get your shiet together. they dumbed down the offense for him and he was still dumber.....and the last pass he threw against the giants, just sums it up. a 10 year veteran. with game on the line, two plays to get to the end zone.... scrambling to his left shouldn't throw a stupid, stupid stupid duck, ill advised pass like he did between three, four, or five defenders....so what was his excuse against the giants? the most important game of the year, must win and he CHOKED like he always does...Lol your clueless if you really believe a QB in his 1st year here with zero off-season benefited from the crap we had at OL at any point last year. you want to give Dalton a pass, you must be setting the bar very low.....Dalton should retire and perhaps after this year he will. he is done!
A 40 million dollar QB that needs 10 elite players to win. What a bargain. Yeah ok.
No, no, no!
Early round picks should be used for Defense.
The Cowboys can go after OT James Hudson either in the 3rd or early 4th rounds. He's good enough to back up either O-Tackle positions.
O-Tackle James Hudson: 6'5", 310 lbs.
-or-
The Cowboys can go another route...
If OT James Hudson is taken but OG Quinn Meinerz is available, Cowboys should get him either in the 3rd or early 4th rounds...
They could plug in O-Guard Quinn Meinerz at Left Guard and move Connor Williams to Left Tackle where he naturally played in college while at Texas. Quinn Meinerz is good enough to start at Left Guard if need be. Check him out...
O-Guard Quinn Meinerz: 6'3.5", 325 lbs.
Wilson also holds onto the ball for long periods of time. That's his game. Hard on the OLine and always leads to more sacks.Wilson might disagree on the good oline part
He was near the top of the leave in sacks
He does have some nice receivers
Yeah. That's about it and we want Dak to be up there on his level.
Nobody is on Brady's level and probably nobody ever will be.
I will not be surprised if Mahomes ends his career with one SB.
