It hurts to help the Eagles get a pick that looks to really help them but a free 3rd rounder in terms of our own draft needs and position is the right choice. Doubly so considering the giants, another division rival or the Eagles themselves would have take Smith anyway since there is no way the cowboys draft another WR.
