Yeah during TC that is the way it works, maybe it is the same for the off season, it just wasn't announced they reached a settlement.

I think they did. They released the player, and once clears waivers, then he went on IR. If you look at the links, I think it shows that. Or it did at one time.

Wonder if this is it for him.

Undrafted MSU receiver, opts out in 2020... Teams have 90 man rosters with probably 10 receivers+ and some of the guys on the roster have more recent film.

Have been watching previous hard knocks clips here and there and it's tough seeing guys get cut knowing their career in the pros never got off the ground.

Steve Guidry was waived from IR when Robinson was released.
So now there are 2 roster openings.

He had already been waived, but since he was injured at the time he reverted to IR. Now he's been waived off of IR. All this is to say we only have 1 open roster spot available, not 2 (since Guidry was on IR and wasn't counting against our 90 man limit).

Also, I guess I should clarify, we currently have 90 players but we can add 1 more before camp if we want to get to 91, since we have an IPPP exemption for Isaac Alarcón and he doesn't count against the 90.

Right, still only one open roster spot. Guidry was waived/injured when Dallas signed Reggie Davis. Today they waived Guidry off injured reserve; making him a free agent.
