We picked him up last year (can't remember who waived him) more as a special-teams player with upside as a receiver. I believe he had been with McCarthy in Green Bay.

Cooper Rush does have a weak arm.

Honestly, I dont think he does. He has a weird arm for lack of a better term. In the stadium watching him in warmups for years he looked good throwing the ball and would let it fly 60 yards

its weird though because its like he is throwing change ups and not fastballs. lots of guys in the history of the league have had similar type arms and have been really good qb's......Rush is not a really good qb however.
