Oh most definitely. For instance, let's look at a team like the Texans...They have Cooks, Anthony Miller, Coutee, Conley....you got Nico Collins who they drafted in the 3rd round and Andre Roberts is their special teams returner...and this isn't even that great of a unit to begin with.

There is a chance that a team who liked him would waste a spot on him who wanted to draft him but the Cowboys took him first. That's very possible. I'd honestly let them.

Probably dollar tree version of early Romo....that aint' good. I get what there is to like. The stupid little side arm throw he does....he has flashes...but I think every single qB in the league has flashes....you need consistency and that's where things change.
