Development takes time. You're overthinking everything. The playbook and the lingo on top of defenses and coverages and hot routes, etc. The expectations seem a little far fetched around here. Some players take a few years no matter the position.. and some have gone on to be dam good after that. You have to be willing to develop long term. A PS addition I'm OK with..
