Sadly, with what Watkins did, that'd be an offset anyway. I like what they do in the CFL. If there are multiple penalties, they'll balance the penalties out. So, it'd have been an offsetting 15 yard penalty on each for the personal foul and taunting calls, and 15 against Tampa for a hold with all the penalties balanced out.
