Zeke is the most physically gifted of the two, there’s no question there. Pollard is producing, but he should be producing when he is given the opportunity to do so on specific plays.
Zeke is still the number 1 and the better back.

At no point in college or the pros has he been able to be an every down RB. He is doing great with the way they are using him now.

Never been able to is false. He has never been given the opportunity to.

It's good to see an effective running game. I have no complaints with Zeke today. It's good to watch the OLine do well. Hopefully we will see this on a regular basis.

I like Pollard he does what a backup is supposed to do. But he is in no way better than Zeke

This angle is getting longer and longer. Pollard is getting more action because he deserves it. We saw quite clearly today that he is the more effective back, especially in this offense.

Physically gifted? How so?

It’s a theory and most likely isn’t true.

So many guys with less talent than Pollard get more volume and produce.

Pollard actually has legit talent.

IMO if he got used like Kamara he would be a top 10 NFL RB.

There is no evidence that he cant handle a bigger load. Never been asked to.

The overreaction on this board to a player having a good game is priceless.

Steele should replace Collins permanently. Pollard should replace Zeke. Parsons should replace Lawrence. I think some even want Wilson ahead of Gallup. And maybe Kearse ahead of the other Wilson.

I'm OK with them just playing the roles they've been given. If a 1-2 punch of Elliott and Pollard makes our running game more effective, that's a good thing.

There is plenty of evidence he isn't an every down back, he doesn't pick up the right block in pass protection, and when he does he is little more than a speed bump, ask your self when was the last time you said good block Pollard. How often do he run up the middle and get the difficult yards, without trickery or Elliot being used as the decoy? He is a role player, that is playing the hell out of his role, let's just be happy with that.

LOL, Zeke haters out in full force today. Zeke had some great runs today as well so don't pretend he didn't. That change of pace back had a great day too, no doubt about it. Be glad that we have them both on our team.

It’s obvious that Pollard is better. They should probably split the snaps 50/50 if you don’t want Zeke getting butthurt and to keep Pollard fresh.

Look at all those talking heads with the blue check marks doing what they do.
Stirring the pot. Dividing fans for the clicks.

Congrats to Pollard on his 100+ yard game. He's a great weapon.
Zeke had a great game as well. Many key plays.

You know, I'll have to "fact check" this, but I'm pretty sure the other
31 teams have at least 2 RBs that play every week.

Pollard would have scored a TD on that 3rd down play against Tampa Bay that Zeke got stuffed on.
