As secretive as this team is with injuries, Dak could be having his leg amputated right now and we wouldn't know about it until Tuesday.

Yes. The concern would be a calf/achilles strain (considering the way he lept off his right foot to throw) or a stress fracture when landing.

Neither would prevent him from standing to give a post-game interview, nor would it necessarily even prevent him from walking off the field on his own power.

It's hard to see since the camera moves so fast away from Dak after that throw but it certainly looks that way if you look at his feet the instant after he threw. Hopefully just a minor ankle sprain or something like that.
