Worse decision: Splitting with Jimmy or giving the keys to Garrett for a decade?

I'd argue the latter. Handicapping a generation of talented players with this level of coaching is easily Jerry's worst decision.

But he is #1 in the following:

- Clapping, pushing, slapping
- Backstabbing his HC, assistants & players
- Stacking good days
- Looking and talking like a HC
- Mediocre production, year in and year out
- Idgit's heart

No question Garrett had issues as head coach but he's a pretty good OC. They've had a ton of injuries, especially on offense. I didn't really realize until my co-worker ( huge Giant fan ) sent me their injury report for the Rams game.

Consider this: Jason Taylor, Zack Thomas, Daryl Gardner, Sam Madison, Patrick Surtain were all DRAFTED on Jimmy's watch. He was already primed for roster building in the free agent Era, he was Belichick minus the cheating.

That's why Belichick picked Jimmy's mind offseason after offseason during Pats dynasty years.

Belicheck apprenticed under Jimmy to be GOAT HC, not Parcells.

It’s not like we had a championship caliber team. Offensively maybe but defensively we suked most years. Big misses and risk on early picks in draft defensively.

And that’s the big difference this year. Defense. An opportunistic defense. Last two years we have two huge hits on defense in draft paying dividends.

Besides that this offense is still carrying us. Unless we get stopped on 4th down. Lol
