I hate acting like "I'm better than you", because I'm not, but if that is true, you work with a lot of terrible people.

If I have to drive, I just straight up don't drink (been the designated driver a lot too). And if I drink, which when I do I drink pretty hard, I just don't drive.

DWI is one of the stupidest and selfish things a person can do and any acceptance or excuses for it is just as bad.

That is one of the few things you can never justify under ANY circumstance.

so what if his BAC is under .08 maybe .05 and the LEO made mistake..dont say it doesn't happen..lets let the facts come our and arrest is NOT a conviction...

I was in fact arrested for dui took 3 months for the blood to come back and guess what, IT was ZERO 0.0000000000000 got it..

so just because PO says he dont pass a Field sobriety test doesnt mean he knows for fact its called suspicion of a DUI until proven otherwise..

didnt we just have some semi famous person a woman on FB story arrested for this and they were 100% wrong..i believe so..

No doubt that drunk driving is wrong. But at the end of the day he is still just a young guy and young guys make mistakes. I know that if I got the boot for every wrong thing I ever did when I was a kid I wouldnt have a rear end left TO BOOT. I strongly suspect much the same can be said for just about all of us here. I think we should all remember what we were when we too were young and try to not judge too harshly.

Been in the league 5 years and has made almost 6 million. He needs to keep his head down and be concentrating on work. I know he is young and handed a few million dollars and I would likely be out doing some partying to. But man. He is a descent player and he could get a nice little long term deal. Maybe with The Cowboys if he does good. This may have ruined his career. Let’s see how MM handles this. Likely quiet and in house. But could make a example of him.

I'm not trying to be a "drama queen". It's just that the NFL has a personal conduct policy and getting your mugshot plastered all over the internet for DUI is begging for some sort of suspension. And what team will offer a guy a deal not knowing if he'll be available, even for a couple games.

Professional athletes who can afford Lyft/Uber should always choose that option. The risks is way too costly. Now instead of spending $50 he’s going to lose a few game checks which is a lot more.

Of course they can afford Lyft/Uber. But they also probably own the car they have been dreaming about driving since they were a little kid.. and sometimes they just wanna go take that baby out for a spin.. I'm not condoning his choice.. Hell I don't even drink.. I think putting poison in your body is a stupid thing to do anyway but what the hell, a billion people probably took a drink while I typed this. I'm really just cautioning against acting like the guy is Charles Manson because he blew a .08 ...

this isnt aldon smith or josh gordon and they are both still playing multiple duis multi other infractions still here

now if its already known what his his BAC ,well thats different where are the facts?. i still doubt first offense dui isn't a large deal for the league as long as hes not repeat offender and follows the court rules..

and if Kazee gets suspended everything will be ok....a first time DUI offender is totally different then the Watson drama and Zeke's issues.... Kazee and the Cowboys will be alright...just ask La'el Collins...did anyone miss him for 5 games.....heck some are saying trade the fool he is not needed.....
