Steele has done a great job and deserves credit, but he is not on Collins level.....I think he will really be an upgrade.

I agree, having Collins back in the lineup is big for the Cowboys. I think Steele did a very good job but Collins is a better and more physical player than Steele at this stage of their careers. This is Steele 2nd season in the league after a disaster rookie season.

Only thing I worry about is timing etc. He’s only played one game out of the last 22.

I rewatched the game today and Judon got the best of Steele on at least a dozen rushes. Only Dak's athleticism kept it from being a sack. Count me in the camp that can't wait to get Collins back. People need to just accept that the borderline all pro is better than the inexperienced but scrappy kid..

Lawrence, Gallimore, Gallup, and Joseph coming back along with Collins and maybe 1 defensive upgrade at the trade deadline is what will take them to another level. With the way everyone is playing, getting these guys back will allow the team to keep rotating and have fresh players throughout the whole game. That's the next level, dominating the 4th quarter with much fresher players.

Collins is better, but the jump is not that great in my opinion.
we shall see some fans need a reminder.. the same can be said with gallup to Wilson but theres a differnce..enough that they both deserve their jobs back but thank them for doing their job to the best of their ability while the guys were down..

I can't go through that roller coaster again.

I'll take your word for it lol

When I watched it live I was wondering why NE didn't blitz more and I thought it was just because Dak has been so great against the blitz this year.. On second watch it was because they got plenty of pressure without it. #90 pretty much owned Williams and Judon owned Steele unless we helped. Still NE also went with 3 man pressure more than I would have thought.. And when they did Dak could have made a sandwich back there.. You aint gittin past that line with 3 guys.. unless one of them is Reggie White, Aaron Donald, Bruce Smith or somebody on that level.

Judon is having a great season. He's a problem for anybody right now.

Either way I am impressed that Dak threw the ball that much and didn't get sacked a single time. The line is doing much better than I thought they would do.
