No, they only blocked two punts. The one against Denver was a muffed punt since the kicker got it past the LOS where the Cowboys touched it and Denver recovered it. ;)

Bones deserves all the credit!!
And McCarthy who buys in, willing to accept the criticism when a guy jumps offsides or roughs the punter, and still supports his coach being aggressive. We are not going after blocks without McCarthy hearing and accepting the calls. From giving Moore the keys to the offense, yet demanding a balanced attack with more running to sticking with and supporting Bones’s aggressiveness to hiring another head coach to run the defense, McCarthy has put his ego aside while still controlling the team and making every player and coach relevant to winning.

Jason Garrett didn't believe in blocking punts.

It was too confrontational.

Garrett: We liked the position we would be in, as opposed closer to opponent endzone, the extra yards allowed us to establish a rythm that otherwise we couldn't get and allow us to go for longer plays down field.

It’s amazing how they leave the middle open every time against us. It’s almost easy to get through.

The blocks help us win games now, but I’m hoping as it gets more and more attention from other teams making sure they shore up the protection, maybe we will find more room in the return game and get some decent returns.

The one against the Broncos didn’t work out but I still consider it a positive play because we got our band on the football.

MM is the complete opposite of Garrett run teams, very aggressive in every phase of the game.

Bones deserves all the credit!!

- Did i understand that NFL decided not to rule Malik Turner's punt block,..as not an official block ?
Whatever for what NFL want to call it ... as we all know it was a blocked punt.

- Not only is it players performance, but i tend to wonder what is it tactic and scheme wise that Bones is implementing that
is making it (punt blocks) work so successfully.

- If we can keep Bones Fassel from the ill-timed bone-headed, high gambling killer plays. And have more focused on
sound discipline fundamentals, and decisions, then i think we've found something.

- The FG kicking situation still needs to be resolved, as Greg Z continues to be so up and down,
and i'm just not a fan of Lamb's his role as a punt returner. But that has to be offseason change and upgrade.
But also kudos to Bones, for insisting on acquiring punter Bryan Anger who continues to be a whale of a field position punter.
