Read option runs by Dak, especially in the red zone. I understand the coaching staff being cautious with him coming off broken ankle and subsequent calf pull, but time to take the training wheels off. How many times have we seen him walk into the end zone off this play and fake to Zeke?

Hard to make the defense respect this play fake when you NEVER
Run the ball with Dak on it.

Toughness, execution, talent, annual injuries to the same player, PENALTIES.

Miss direction run plays. Mainly fake jet sweeps and designed cut backs. A little wildcat would hurt either.

Health and quality Oline play.

And Zeke needs to take a back seat.

I can wait another month before unleashing the read option, QB scrambles and designed QB runs. We are gonna make the playoffs, my no.1 priority is having Dak healthy.

Travis, healthy Ty, healthy Zeke...and a not so scared Dak. Other than that, we good

Compare our power running game (not counting TB) to what we are doing now. Total trash with the exception of a few sweeps etc by Pollard. The blocking just isn't there and that includes the Tight Ends. Winter is coming as they say and if we can't average say 140 yard per game we are in deep do do. Either KM knows we can't run and has to lean on the pass or its not an emphasis. Hard to believe how bad the running game is now. Understand Zeke is providing nothing but pass protection, but geez, he needs to get some juice or put him on IR for 3 weeks.

Execution. They have the personnel. Go out and execute. That starts with the QB

The run game. Use the tandem while we still have Pollard.

our run game is boring **,people keep saying Moore is a genius but that doesnt reflect in the run game.

I think having Amari back on the field for the majority of the snaps will help tremendously. When he's not out there teams just load up the box and play single coverage with our receivers, especially when Ceedee was out.

Might need to put Connor Williams back in with McGovern playing full back again.

I have always been an advocate for a real fullback who can block, run a little and catch a few passes out of the backfield. It's great they can use a guy like McGovern as a FB on some plays but that is a limited option. Whenever I see Zek or Pollard running inside and he is met by a LB or safety in the hole I think if only there was a FB leading that run, maybe then Zeke could get into the secondary for a few extra yards.

Will be tough for teams to double DLaw w/Gregory & Parsons on the field.

We’re missing solid OL play that would lead to a consistent running game. Our offense is missing the running game. We need good balance. We were playing our best football of the season when we were running the football effectively. The lack of a running game is putting us in a lot of third and long situations and leading to a lot of three and outs.

Dak has to start tucking the ball and running in certain situations. There’s been open field and he’s still forcing incomplete passes. That threat has to be there!
