It was either an incompletion or a fumble. It certainly wasn’t completion down by contact. At this point, the NFL needs to get rid of replay. To look at the play for that long and make literally the only blatantly wrong call out of three possible is ridiculous.

Two steps and a shin/knee is a catch. The receiver did all that before the ball came loose, PLUS Diggs touched him before the ball came loose. Can't criticize a call if you don't know the rule at play. Or just want your slant.
