I think they both did a little bit this game, but I'd still favor parsons. You can even see on Washington's one scoring drive when he's not on the field the impact it has.

Diggs did have a couple of bad games but Parsons hasn’t had any plus he makes plays all over the field. He almost came down with an INT a couple of weeks ago
