Probably because the offense put the defense on the field too much. Lions defense didn't have to be on the field much because the offense had multiple 8 minutes drives.

I'm not arguing the Rams won the game on the ground. But, the idea what Dak made his numbers when the game was pretty much out of reach shouldn't be held like a feather in his cap either. If he was better in the first half and able to string some drives together, the Rams offense is on the bench and its a closer game at half. Goff played a smart game and made no bad plays. It would be nice if Dak could have a game like it.

so essentially what you just said, Goff was the perfect bus driver, because the offense was able to rush for 250 yards, while the cowboys offense managed only 50 yards of rushing.

Again, playing against a Ram defense trying to keep everything in bounds. The game was lost in a 23-7 3rd quarter hole. Dak's TD with 2 minutes remaining against a prevent defense is nothing to brag about let alone make a claim he gave us a chance to win.

Oh my god. Dak was not good and got us in a hole we could not climb out of........ do you not understand a prevent defense? Piling up numbers against a prevent defense is not impressive.

I think that Murray had a passer rating of over 90 in the first half. The defense didn't do enough to make him uncomfortable. They held them to 25 points. But still there were times where the defense could have played better.

Overall the whole team could have been better. They'll either learn from this game and adjust to Arizona in 2 weeks or they'll be making a first round exit.
