Will the Niners be able to " Out-physical "the Cowboys ?

Can the better NFL teams " Out-physical " the Cowboys ?

- Much is already made how the Niners out-physical the Rams.
Especially with their Shanahan design run schemes, that led to Grapp play action that
makes him operate much better.
Will they be able to Out -physical the Cowboys in same sense ?

Can teams out-physical us on both sides of the ball ?

- Rod Marinelli – teams could run the ball on his D” ... ( ala Rams playoff game loss with near 300 rushing)

- Mike Nolan – we probably set and broke records vs the run with woeful run D” ever;

- Dan Quinn - there were instances where teams like, Carolina, NY Giants (2nd game) , Denver KC Chiefs,
Even Philly 2nd -3rd stringers surprisingly ran well vs most of our starters...

No doubt SF will look to be more physical, Cowboys can't allow that to happen.

We got some tough guys as well. Whether you like Zeke or not, the dude is tough and can play with attitude, Martin, Smith on O. On D Gregory, dlaw and Parsons all play with attitude.

Shanahan isn’t hiding anything. He’s said all year that their magic number is running 30-40 times a game. There is no shell game here. Quinn needs to dial up ways to minimize this as much as possible and the O needs to play hurry up to gas the D. Get a lead. I know Rams were up 17-0 but they got lazy. You can rattle Jimmy

BTW the 49ers just made the playoffs. They aren’t a juggernaut. We can beat them big time.

They are the weak links on defense and need to step up b/c the Niners run the ball as well as anyone.
Leighton Vander Esch played a solid game without Parsons. The problem with the 49ers is. They have Garoppolo

Cowboys are a physical team also.

Was SF all that physical. When Rams are making stupid mistakes, throwing INT's. That allowed the comeback. And all of a sudden SF is some powerhouse?
That is ok, let Dallas be the media / fan (and many our own fans) underdogs...again...

- Ironically they are not a brute-bully powerhouse OL. They don't line str8 up and knock people off the ball.

- if they run those shahan trap-misdirection run scheme and design well enough, ala jet sweeps, bubble screens, misdirection Deebo plays
along that trap run game, for Grapp to work the play action, it can overwhelm opponents to help allow 49ers win the game.

- If Niners defense can still keep them in the game, so Shanahan can keep running the jet sweeps, bubble screens, misdirection Deebo plays, they can "scheme" those
Shanahan plays enough to overwhelm some teams.

- If we disrupt and halt those plays at the line enuff, and force Grapp to flat out drop back pass to beat you,..then that's a whole new ball game and challenge for Shan/Grapp.

the other problems is.. LVE is a sucka for mis-direction plays. Too often easily fooled on such schemes and designs.
So that's also gonna be a challenge and we cannot lay it all on just Parsons when it comes to the overall LB play .

They will come with the same plan they continually use against the Rams because they see the Cowboys as the same kind of team.

The Cowboys cannot play that game, they need to put the game on Garappolo and make him beat them. Have the D play more pass D than run D because Shanahan is all about keeping the Cowboys offense on the sideline.

Just be more physical at the point of attack. Osa and Neville need to bring it. Just have a feeling those two need to ball out when they’re out there.

Osa .... where has he been the 2nd half of the season ? ... Rookie wall hit ?

I think they will. But they have to hit back. It’s just who SF is. We need to score fast and play fast.

OL play a given... it depends upon what Kellen and Dak we will end up seeing ...

.. The Fast & Furious ..?
.... Or the Slump ?

Like I said earlier, those same idiots said the Eagles would win the division and the Skins...and this wasn't a year ago they said this they said this just a month ago lol.

Exactly. So if the Cowboys win Sunday, what do you expect to happen next week? A whole new storyline why the Cowboys certainly will lose the following week.

Will they be able to Out -physical the Cowboys in same sense ?

Can teams out-physical us on both sides of the ball ?

- Rod Marinelli – teams could run the ball on his D” ... ( ala Rams playoff game loss with near 300 rushing)

- Mike Nolan – we probably set and broke records vs the run with woeful run D” ever;

- Dan Quinn - there were instances where teams like, Carolina, NY Giants (2nd game) , Denver KC Chiefs,
Even Philly 2nd -3rd stringers surprisingly ran well vs most of our starters...
We'll find out at 4:25 Sunday.

Yes, it is possible for the 49ers to give a physical beat-down to Dallas. It is much easier for them to give a mental beat-down because Dallas has been mentally soft in the past .

After that exhausting game they played last week, the 49ers will not be as physical as they usually are. They will try at first but they will quickly tire to a level we will handle. The 49ers don't scare me at all, we know what they are. A running team with an injured QB. I have faith that Dan Quinn will prepare this D accordingly.

martin is tough, but Biadasz is not, neither is williams. Smith is not his old self. good, above average but not elite...Collins, I expect more from, but he has not been that good.
