Bears, Broncos, Vikings - Good organizations with talent.
They can take DQ (although I wouldn't want that), we have to immediately get either Zimmer or Fangio from the unemployment line though

If I'm a coach I don't know why I would want to go to a team that often trades their best players away and really doesn't show a commitment to winning only to be setup to be fired in a few years.

Offense is trash. Defensively they got some good young talent with some vets still in their prime.
Most of their wins were from the defense/cover 0 approach.

Holland, Phillips, Wilkins, Ogbah, Baker, Howard, Jones, Davis(NT) Sieler etc...
Not bad.

Offensive line, RB, WR, and even QB are trash/questionmarks.
Waddle is good, but they cant use him properly

I don't think he took the Dallas job as a one year deal but this season he has received a lot of light shining on him and I think it even surprised him.

Think about it, he gets fired as a HC, takes a job as a DC and now 4 teams have asked to interview him. And it's not like what McC went through, his ex team has been to back to back NFCCG since he was fired and most likely going to their 3rd in a row. That's like your ex wife marrying a rich handsome movie star, the day after the divorce. At least Quinn knows his replacement isn't any better than he was.

I still can't believe so many think he would be happy being a DC in Dallas over being a HC. This man took a team to the Big Dance and had the biggest meltdown in history. Do they really want a man that would not want to make that right? At least try?

I don't think he did either, but drafting a generational pressure player like Parsons, Diggs becoming a ball hawk, Gregory and Lawrence finally playing together and Kearse being a great signing all result in the defense turning around FAR faster than anyone thought. Unless they remain dominant next season AND win a SuperBowl, his stock will never be higher. Not to mention having this many openings this soon is super convenient. Next offseason, we can expect NYG, Carolina, Seattle, Washington, Houston, Carolina, and maybe only 1-2 other teams to fire their coaches based on what we know today. Seattle is the only one he should be interested in from that lot.

Everyone makes it seem like the Dallas job is the best job. This guy can be a HC for another football team. IF the right opportunity presents itself, he will take the job.

As he should. But getting an interview does not mean getting the job. Some people seem to think he will have his choice of jobs as HC if he chooses. I doubt he is the TOP choice at any of these offers, though that does not mean he can't convince them otherwise.

As we saw with Jacksonville, he will not interview with just any organization. If he is limiting himself to just the juicier ones, the odds of him leaving go way down.

Hopefully he will stay here (I think the situation suggest the odds of that are in our favor though not overwhelmingly so), but if not, as others have suggested, we will have solid replacement options available to us.

I’d rank the Dolphins alongside the mess in Jacksonville, and another job I don’t expect Quinn to take.
I'm the wrong guy to comment because I was never a Tua fan, and I'm fully convinced he isnt the guy now.

Quinn indeed took Atlanta to the SB, but the QB was in place already.

If he goes to Chicago or Miami his HC days are over in three years.

He isnt getting a third shot and better choose wisely.

Edit: obviously I'm not a Fields fan either. Throw in Denver while we are at it.

Although guys like Rodgers, Wilson and (I guess Watson) are out there that could potentially change that landscape

Quinn is definitely gone. Just a matter if we lose Moore too.

Too bad Mikey can’t interview. Lol

What’s “the right opportunity”?
I would say the right opportunity would be with a decent team that has some talent on the roster. I don’t understand why he is in contention so soon after the Atlanta debacle.

If he does leave, I think he’s going to choose a team with a quarterback in place. Like us, he has to see that most of the guys being fired are getting axed in large part because they didn’t get quality quarterback play.

Sorry bud, but that’s a pretty vague description. I think he’s in contention because of how dramatically he’s turned around a totally inept defense into a top 10 unit.

Yep. Great point. I added to the comment also.

No way we hold on to Quinn next season.. he will have his pick of HC positions available and no doubt will choose one. I think the Vikes would be a good opportunity if they decide to make a chance. Solid defence, a capable QB.. there is enough pieces for them to rise quickly.

Yes it will be disappointing to lose him.. but I'm grateful we got him for a season.. to turn this defence around.. to start Parsons career the right way.. it is a blueprint for how our defence can operate.

Minnesota has a quarterback at least.

But Bears and “good organization”? No. Just go and listen to the team President’s latest press conference.

And who even owns the Broncos right now?
They are good franchises with storied history. Add the Giants to that mix. The Bowlen Family still owns the Broncos.

The bears have some talent and 40 mil in cap space
They can be a good team quickly IF fields is a above avg QB
That remains to be seen and they gave up this years first to get him
