I think the Cowboys always having better talent is a lie us Cowboys tell ourselves a LOT.

Nope. Cowboys dont have superior talent. The talent level on every single team is nearly the same. The difference is coaching, luck, culture, intangibles and the little things that the Cowboys have not in decades

26 years of "superior talent" is a myth that has to be disposed of first and foremost.

How many years does this "superior talent" have to fall short, and how many coaches have to be fired, before we all accept the Cowboys do not possess "superior talent"?

And please don't tell me about Pro Bowlers, as long as fan votes are part of the process.

Dallas has 3 of the 22 best players. Many teams don't even have 1.

Let us focus on the fact the OL sucks and cannot run block. If you cannot run for Dak, he will not win it for you. I believe all his stats are misleading. He can only win with a well balance offense.

Left guard is needed desparately. Lael Collins did not dominate this year. Biadasz is no better than average.

Frisco ran the ball well in 1st half. Boys did not. Get rid of Philbin and get a tougher OL coach.

The culture. There is something wrong with the culture that allows these OL to constantly commit penalties among other things. No matter if it's Flozell Adams or Conner Williams it seems like the Cowboys make these mistakes often.

will never win another superbowl . He creates a flashy no accountabilty organization year after year that only leads to post season losses . This is not even up for debate after a quarter century of flame outs.

I dont believe for a second they have had superior talent most of the time over those 26 years, however they certainly havent over achieved. And your correct it is the rotten Jones culture. You can smell it from here.
