Can we finally agree that there is NO TALENT on this offense?

So your contention is there is no offensive talent at all?

If the Cowboys had a fire sale today, and said they'd trade Lamb or Cooper, teams would be tripping over themselves trying to get one of those guys. Pollard is probably a guy teams would love to have a 3rd down, situational type runner. Martin is arguably the best RG in football behind Q Nelson. Smith is still a pretty good LT.

The 3 and outs lets me know those offensive players are not talented

Let’s call a spade a spade here… Dak struggles with deciphering defensive disguises, making his reads and most importantly throwing receivers open.

We have to secure the o line up to give him time. He doesn’t process things quickly, or at least it appears. Next thing would be to replace KM with a play caller that’s able to help Dak get into a rhythm and build confidence early in a game that gives him a play and the audible, he doesn’t need to have the freedom to change the play at the line as he does. I think that’s too much on his plate.

We just need to simplify it for him. I don’t think he’s the type of quarterback that can do it all, mainly mentally.

“On this offense” should read “at the QB position”, though Cooper Rush has no problems finding all his WRs against the Vikings in his first career start..

Anyone who would have ran when needed & turned the ball loose yesterday would have probably won the game.
It would not have required high level QBing.

So no talented teams go three and out?

I'll watch GB next weekend. If they go three and out once or twice, I'll conclude they have no talent.

We have talent for sure. Can't seem to use the players correctly and the QB regressed.

There’s plenty of talent on the offense but it underachieved. However the OL isn’t good and although Zeke wasn’t healthy for a majority of the season he’s a shell of what he was. Because of his contract the Cowboys are stuck with him for another year.

Maybe we can give three 1st Rounders , Cooper and Lamb for Jonathan Taylor. Pull a reverse Herschel Walker.

This is not the result of an offense with talent

Dak..........1 int and 35% conversion on 3rd down
Offense had 0 pts in 1st quarter
Offense had 0 pts in 3rd quarter
Total of Four-3 and outs
Total of Five Punts

So please tell me how can an offense be talented if they always in a hole and can't convert 3rd downs??
We have tons of talent at the skill position. The OL needs fixed.

I think this is right. I would also focus on TE and slot receiver to run quick routes over the middle. Dak needs a security blanket

If there is talent why is 3rd and 9 a problem???????
you do know most QBs can convert 3rd and 9 at a reasonable rate except ours? When you have a backup QB come in mid game, you can't run your full playbook. Its the same with Dak. Moore is hancuffed based on Dak's limitations.

Dak needs a running game...especially against good teams. Deep down Dallas knew they would not be able to run on the 49ers. Zeke was injured. The interior of the OL has been bad all year. Pollard was playing with one foot. It starts in the trenches. In particular, the interior of the trenches. We are bad there. On both sides of the ball. 49ers exploited that.

we have talent that is why we can beat a ton of teams. we just can't scheme against teams of comparable or greater talent.

Even if they follow your plan they will never win more than a wild card game.

Talent isn’t the problem except at QB and Dak can be a good bus driver as we’ve seen. The line HAS to be way better. Dak absolutely can not play under pressure. He folds every time.

Playoff competitors will generally find a way to dial up pressure.

I wouldn't say there is no talent, but it is vastly overated by ownership.
