You can’t compare the 2.

Dak could win a Super Bowl. He still doesn’t have the skill to throw a football and read a defense like Romo does.

Is he a better leader than Romo? Sure.. Better intangibles? Sure.

But as far as the natural ability to fling a football you can’t compare them.
Jay Cutler could throw the football better than Romo but it meant nothing. He stunk. Romo read defenses so well he would throw a game ending interception to lose us the game...y'all have this weird revisionist history on Romo its mind boggling. Well I mean not you because you have shown your error in judgement on player evaluation.....

So you think Shultz/Jarwin and Cooper/Lamb/Gallup will be in the HOF like Witten and Owens, and possibly Dez? That's what I thought!!
LOL right lol...Romo had 12 Pro Bowlers one year but people want to pretend like he had no talent. The same year he had 12 Pro Bowlers they lost in the 1st round to a Giants team that barely got into the playoffs just like this 9ers team barely got into the playoffs lol.

The only Dak saving grace is he is younger then Romo was after his 6th year. Dak will never be as accurate as Romo. That is his down fall.
Romo was accurate throwing to Jason Witten all game. Fair enough. But his accuracy did nothing for him in playoff games...wonder why that is? Because he suffered the same issue Dak does.

Romo had to win in spite of playcalling and OC just like Dak is doing now. I don't know how many people have to come out and talk about how predictable our offense is for people to see this.

We all know the issue with the Cowboys bro and that will never change. I think the Jones boys are worse then daddy.

are you going to back this up with facts or just spew lies

One of numerous examples where he's made this reference to needing to work extra hard to keep his job. Go cry elsewhere baby!

It's true, after Romo retired he was hoisted up into the elite class. But I remember opportunities for game winning drives being completely dismantled from his attempts. On numerous occasions.

This team is already trying to blame the O-line for that playing like crap.
Did you watch the 49 game? The O line was awful. Defenders literally went through the line untouched many times including the very first offensive play we ran.
Trying to blame? No ARE blaming because they played at a DII level.

I don't know how a Cowboy fan CAN'T remember that stuff.....good for Romo...he's somehow post career erased his choking history he had here in Dallas.

Dak with time and no time can't anticipate his receivers' routes. Pass rush is part of the game, and the $40M wants to sit back there for 5 secs.

I never had to worry about Romo reading the defense, I was more concerned about the quality of coaching staff around him.

Romo got flustered too! How many time did we see him throw water over his head?

Romo had a HOF coach tutoring him, possibly two, Bill Parcells and Sean Payton. Bill Callaghan is a damn good coach too. Are you saying Garrett and McCarthy are HOF coaches? That's what I thought!!

They're both losers.

Jerry thought because they were an undrafted and 4th round pick that overachieved that he'd found the next Tom Brady.

When push comes to shove they always revert back to that undrafted and 4th round pick player.

Tom Brady is the outlier. Get a real QB in Dallas, Jerry. It's time to stop playing games with these bums.
When have you known Jerry to get ahead of a mistake?

Doubling down on dumb is what he does. Over and over.

Every single move is reactive.

Prescotts plan to cash in again after four years is such a joke at this point that he will probably sign an extension within a year and Jerry will think he is getting a bargain.

But we have yet to feel the effects of losing players because of his salary and its coming.

But....Jerry will get on the radio and tell everyone how great things are because he has to sell his product, and will continue to never see what a conflict that is.

No other pro sports franchise is run this way....it doesnt work by a longshot, but still....there will be no changes.

Where are we supposed to go with all this as fans?

What??? Romo only played a half of season with Bill Parcells before Jason Garrett ruined his career. For most of his career with Bill Parcells, Romo was the scout team QB.
