Translation = Moore will still be pass happy, so I get my stats so I hope they fix the OL and retain my WR's.

But he is correct, continuity in the coaching staff is a big plus. Even with Moore.

I kind of think that the team keeping the offense to keep Dak comfortable is self defeating. Opponents can pick up on stuff too. It might be unpleasant for Dak in the short term but learning a new system with a lot more wrinkles would keep opponents on their toes.

Last year it got to the point in the second half of the season where it seemed that good teams knew what Dallas was going to do before they did it.

Not really, it is like doing the same thing with same people and expecting different/better results.
if dak really thinks this, he isnt as bright as I thought he was.

So we should have kept Garrett, Linehan and Marinelli, according to Dak?

What was he supposed to say? "Yeah, I know we messed up and a lot of it was on coaching, but Jerry was determined to keep the coaches we have. This guy sucks. That guy sucks. I sure how they don't take it personally that I called out them sucking since I'll be working with them next season"

If everyone in this organization would just never talk again, that would be great. I have always been and always will be, but good God, whenever any of these idiots speak...coaches, bumbling owners, overrated players...they seriously suck any iota of hope I have for the next season right down the drain. If I didn't know any better, I'd say there is a literal stance against winning within this organization, and the idea of doing ANYTHING to fix the things that are broken.

Comfort and familiarity is important to this QB. Not many keep the same offenses in place throughout their career.

Exactly how Jerry loves it. Comfortable. Zero accountability. Next season, right?!
