He hasn't been atrocious as GM, but the culture he creates is where I have the most issue. The Cowboys draft well enough. But the lack of empowerment coming from the HC department is the issue I have. The last few times he has forced a Coordinator on his HC. That's unacceptable. He did it with Wade, then did it with big Mike. Also, is it me or does it feel like Dan Quinn has more say so than big Mike? I'm probably wrong but he seems to carry a voice.

He’s been complete garbage. GM is year round not just 3 days in April. His decision making for decades has been a joke. Takes much more than the draft. And even there, the trade ups, the reaches. Think about the waste of rookie deals they blew through even with the good picks. His head is up his own behind and it’s a serious problem!

Ok, then try running a hose from your exhaust into the slut bus with you and Chuckles in it.....let that engine run until main and auxiliary tanks are drained. Yep....I said it!!!

When you gave 40,000 fiends that come to you every week you get to say whatever you want even if you don't mean it. Fans paying for the tickets can thank themselves

A reporter pressed him there when he made this statement. Jerry then injected the word "guarantee", as in he would only do that if someone could guarantee him a SB.
The follow up from the reporter should’ve been, “I guarantee the Cowboys won’t win a Super Bowl if you don’t.”
