Both will cost a 1st at minimum. Brown I am guessing would be a 1st and a pick somewhere between the 80's and 120's. Metcalf might be more because he has put #1 production and has been an All Pro. Although Brown does play in a lower volume passing offense

Either way. I’m not interested. As I’ve mentioned, the smart teams are getting it. Draft receivers, don’t pay them. And whatever you do, don’t give up draft picks to THEN pay them!

When I first saw Fisher's posts I took him for somebody insightful that had some real inside contacts on the team.

It took me about five minutes to figure out he just throws (stuff) at the wall hoping something sticks.

We have a better chance of seeing Dallas bring back Joey Galloway and Roy Williams before they trade for AJ Brown.

I do wonder if the FO is using him to condition the fan base into a 1st WR. The past week he has thrown out Brown, Metcalf and Cooks. He posted negative stuff about Cooper and Collins shortly before the Cowboys made it known they were moving on

I think you are on to something. The Cowboys could be using Fisher as a mouthpiece to try and justify their actions. Given what the Titans would ask for Brown; Dallas would be better off drafting a WR at 24.

Amari must’ve done something in addition to the vax/covid thing. Even the Cowboys arent stupid enough to trade away a #1 receiver for a 5th and turn around and say WR is a need.

There’s no way this was a rational football decision. If they used his money to sign someone else, maybe. But that savings have amounted to nothing.

I can believe it.

Without Lamb you have nothing at WR, and you have no idea what a 1st rounder is going to do for you. The Cooper trade wasnt stupid. The contract wasnt stupid considering the AAV was 17 and not 20. What was stupid was getting rid of him for practically no reason.

I think that all of it in total was stupid. You either use a draft pick on a player or you sign a free agent. Doing both for the same one player is usually stupid. And trading away your 2019 1st round pick for a 5th rounder after just three years is stupid

This is so dumb. You just should have kept Amari Cooper and called it a day.

Jerry Dumbo GM Jones does not draft Randy Moss, then makes horrible wasted no.1 draft picks for Joey Galloway (never a Pro Bowler), Roy Williams (no.2 on a 0-16 team), and finally gets it right with Amari Cooper then trades him to play with one of the best young QBs in the league.

Arlington Jonesboys are the laughing stock of the NFL.
They obviously didn't like what Cooper was doing and nobody knows more than they do about it. How did Jerry's trade and selection of Parson's turn out?

It must be a sobering reality in life to never be right about anything.

He can have a second career as an academic. Most of the job is listening to other people telling you why you are wrong.

Wait.

Now you actually think that the teams are trading these guys for mid-round comp picks?

Just stop it already.
You've been here a while so you should know how some of these teams work. Especially if they don't plan on paying them and want to get something out of it

I just wish he would quit trying to steal my stories and passing them off as his breaking news....

Literally he's about as good as playing Madden and talking on a headset, to the 14 year old who's beating your @$$. That kid comes up with the same nonsense.
