Another player I like. I could see us even using a 2nd round pick on him. Reminds me a lot of Vander Esch.

6'4'', 246, runs a 4.4.

Played QB, HB, and LB in college.

So he could play #3 RB, and #3 QB!

Like, he's seriously a good RB, too.

Maybe a TE???

His positional versatility and football IQ is through the roof.

This guy would also make a good FB.

LVE wishes he ran as fast as Troy Andersen.

Andersen is not just better athlete but his upside at LB is greater.

Could also use him at TE/FB - just a weapon.

Would love him in the 3rd.

Could he fall to the 3rd round? Or 4th? I see him ranked 88 and in that area. That's late 3rd round. So I'll say yeah. I think he'll be there.

Agree on this.

Not sure if his small school status allows him to fall to the 2nd, for some teams.

Hard to say if he falls to the 3rd.

I really like this guy though. We can find him a spot somewhere on the team.

And he's obviously a special teams beast.

4.4 40!

How is he not a LB in the NFL?

I agree.

He can play LBer.

Dude, can also be a legit HB in the NFL as well.

Or a TE. Or H-Back, or Fullback.

Possibly situational QB.

Halfback pass to this guy...

Limitless possibilities for him on your roster.

And we just happen to need a TE, and a LB.

Wait a minute.

This guy can also play safety, I imagine. lol

Seriously, dude is a stud.

I think he ultimately ends up at LBer. But he has the legit ability to contribute on O too.

I won't be upset if they grab this guy round 2.

He won't make it to us in round 3. His stock is going to rise.

Watch.

The small school thing won't be an issue.

His skill shines on tape.

Here's more in-depth coverage on his abilities.

I agree with the announcer. He'll play in the NFL for a long time.

Rare player who finds a role on both sides.

Helps you bring the 45 players you need to each game.

This mofo can also play wideout!

Possibilities are endless.

But ultimately, he's an NFL linebacker, far as I can tell.

I honestly see this guy as a 2nd round pick, who will finish his NFL career having played like a 1st round.

He's smart, motor is off he chain.

So, late 2nd is where I see him, honestly.

If I'm the Cowboys, and I have my WR, I take this guy.

Heck, this guy could be your WR if you need him to be.

He has so much upside to bring to a team.

And he has that Patriots personality type that wins Super Bowls.

He's rising fast, I suspect.

You'll see. This guy has enough to pull the trigger early on.

I'd bet now that Anderson goes in the 2nd, and we won't draft him. War rooms that skew more towards measurables than tape will be all over him, and Will McClay refuses to draft D-II players. The only one we've picked since he's been in charge is Ben DiNucci, in an obvious favor to McCarthy.

I guess it's possible. The NFL is starting to like guys that can play multiple roles.

100%

If he can be had in the 4th I’d run up with the card.

Not really.

All these guys have measurables.

He has the part you don't see. The motor, the instinct, the ability to adapt and learn entirely new positions, which indicates he's coachable.

You can see with this guy that it doesn't matter that he's from a small school.

Romo was from a small school. People have to get over that.

It's not every year you see talent like this from a small school, though.. But don't ignore it when it's there.

I think he's a LBer.. and on a team like ours, where we run different LBer sets, he can run some offense too.. He's be a great addition to the offense, imo.

If we see him as THE future TE, then sure otherwise I’m not Remington him over Ruckert or Woods

Small school experience, late position switch, deep draft at LB should all be factors for not taking him until after 3rd day.

Got my fingers crossed.

But Cowboys need as many multiple picks in rounds 2-4 as possible.
