Game Day Preseason: Dallas Cowboys at Denver Broncos 2nd Half

So many fans dismiss our lack of productivity in the preseason and say “it’s just a lot of guys who won’t make the team”.

Well, SO ARE THE OTHER TEAMS WE PLAY WHO ARE ROUTINELY KICKING OUR ***.

Every preseason game is played by dude’s who will be working at Lowes next month. So why are the Cowboys always so terrible?

Coaching. That’s why. Regardless of talent on the field, the team is terrible. Common denominator is coaching.

People that dismiss all the bad or rely on all the good in pre-season are completely clueless. At least all the people that are automatically thinking the Cowboys will win the division this year are a little awake now. Sheesh. NO WAY has this team improved from the team that got their arses kicked my San Fran @ Home in a playoff game. It's laughable.

I don't expect a perfect performance, but the penalties are ridiculous. 9 penalties in the first half??? Also, while Rush might look better with the first team, it's obvious the guy is slow on reads and has below average arm strength. Ball also looks bad.

The Ball situation is scary.

For all those who say it's just a preseason game, yeah we get it, but remember it's preseason for both teams. Frankly cannot remember the last preseason game we didn't play sloppy, crappy, whatever.....

Are our backups that stinking bad that they cannot play with a tad of discipline and a minimal level of skill, or is our coaches lack of ability to reach these players in making them learn the basics of the game, or is it that everyone on our team basically just doesn't care?

Again it is preseason, heard that already and understand it, but neither team is playing with a handicap so...

Actually, Dallas is playing with a slight handicap in that they're not accustom to the thin air. But that shouldn't be enough to explain this mess.

Common denominator is horrible backup QB's. Its why we always lose. These clowns with bad Oline play simply cant score any points. Its that simple.

But that is also coaching. If you dont respect the backup QB position, this is what happens.

If ANY of you expected anything different from Rush and our backup Oline, then you were kidding yourselves. It was the EXACT same thing last year.
