Any given Sunday , never forget , prepare for one team you are facing and dont look ahead. We need to concentrate on winning every game and enter playoffs with momentum, the seeding etc. will fall into place automatically.

Some of you really seem to think this message board actually affects the outcome of games. LOL. These types of threads show as much. Don’t overlook any opponents. Don’t look ahead in the schedule. Don’t criticize any team we’re getting ready to play, as if we actually give opposing teams locker room material. LOL. I’ve got news for you. Nothing ever posted on here is taken seriously by anyone except other posters. We can look ahead till the cows come home and it doesn’t matter. You, I, nor anyone else on here impact anything. It’s almost like some of you live in fantasy land and think you’re part of the organization. In reality, no one associated with the Colts cares what we think or post. They’d laugh at the thought.

You sound ignorant!! All I'm saying is we shouldn't look past teams, we've done it before in games and the score was 3-3 by halftime when people on here thought we would blow them out. Better yet we lose to a team we overlooked

I think this will be very similar to the Giants game. It will be a 1 score game until middle to late 4th quarter. The Cowboys may even be on the wrong end of that 1 score and have to come from behind like Philly did.

Exactly!!!!!

10 days off is risky
However since we had a penalty fest on turkey day I'm sure Mike will have them on point Sunday

30. Indianapolis Colts

Matt Ryan when NOT pressured this season (entering MNF against the Steelers): 194-of-249, 1,851 yards, eight touchdowns, two interceptions, a 77.9% completion rate, 7.4 yards per attempt. Ryan’s completion rate when not pressured was the highest in the NFL entering Week 12, though his yards-per-attempt ranked just 15th due to lots of short, quick passes.

Matt Ryan when pressured this season (brace yourself): 53-of-108, 592 yards, two touchdowns, a 49.1% completion rate, 5.5 yards per attempt, and of course all 29 of his sacks.

Every quarterback has much better non-pressure stats than pressure-stats (once the sample size is meaningful), and Ryan contributes to his own pressure problems by being as mobile as a lamp post. But these splits are extreme: Ryan remains in Kirk Cousins-Derek Carr company from a clean pocket but turns into a worse version of Davis Mills under pressure.
----------------

Sure would seem to play into our defense's hands.

The old adage: Cowboys tend to bring out the best in their opponents.
I'm sure if you look at any message board of any team in the NFL, they will say the same thing about their team. Yes the cowboys have a bigger scope on them, but this league has been constructed for games to be close and for any team to be able to win on any given Sunday.

And yet the Cowboys have played one close game, the GB loss, since Dak returned. Okay, the NYG and DET games were close-ish, I suppose, but hardly nailbiters.

49-29 and 40-3 scores don't suggest a team that "brings out the best in its opponents."

Yes their record isn't great, I saw a team against Philly that almost won. Offense isn't great great, I think their defense could create some problems for us. Interested in watching them before they play us. Please give me your thoughts on them.

I hope nobody is saying we should blow them off the earth, let's stop that talk until there's :01 seconds on the clock and WE have the ball with more than one point than they have!!!!

It only matters how the team approaches the game.

We can only hope that Monday morning doesn't include Jeff Saturday's metaphorical member slung over the backs of Cowboys fans everywhere.

They just can't let that happen.

I don't believe the Jaguars are going to be an easy game either. They may lose a lot, but its always close games. They have been in most of their games this year. They are no easy win either.

I was told that the Colts offensive line struggles with picking up stunts.
Let's watch for this tonight when they take on the Steelers.

This has been said just about every week. Can we stop with the sleeping thing already? This team, this year does not sleep on teams. You guys have it backwards, I think we get slept on.

Plus regarding this match, who is our Defensive Coordinator? I mean I think he has a little history with Matt Ryan lol. I have faith DQ's gameplan will be effective.
