Late games thread

He had a hold of his waist holding him back from running his route. That is not barely touching him.

I just watched it again, he touched but in no way did he impede the route and you are allowed to put hands on him as long as you do not interfere in running the route. The ball was just placed terribly. If that is PI then we would have 10-12 PI calls every single game.

Tyreek Hill is crazy good. He’s way more than just speed. He’s a complete WR.

Still disagree…it was PI….no doubt about it.

Another roughing call in the Bengals game that I just don't like. DT for Chiefs hit Burrow straight on and Burrow fell straight back. The only place the DT could land was on him. So the DT does everything right - doesn't hit low, doesn't hit near the head............. just hits him in the middle of the chest, wraps up and his momentum just has him land on Burrow. Awful. I know the rule but the spirit of the rule is forcibly land on a QB. That's not it.
Totally agree. If that's a penalty, this league is really about to become flag football.

That TD pass had more PI then the one we saw (actual impediment occurred). If we call that PI you would have double digit PI calls every game which I suspect people do not want. It was clear and obvious that he did not impede the route which by rule makes it not PI.

Absolutely unquestionably stupid taunting penalty committed by Ja'Marr Chase.

Sure didn't get a lot of help today. Phillie trounces the Titans. Mark White and the Jets couldn't get those extra inches against the Vikings. I feel that game will affect the wildcard seeding.

Sorry to hear about Jimmy G.....

That rule absolutely stinks IMHO. And I would bet a paycheck that before the season is over we will see a defender do that to Dak and there will be nary a flag to be seen.

welcome to Dallas world KC

make a big play and get it called back

I get the spirit of the law. THere have been some hits where the defender just drives the QB straight into the turf and all his weight comes down on him hard. But that wasn't the case there.

In the top 6 in the league this year in combined QB rating and TD-turnover differential.
He was having a nice year
He was, but he plays in a system with a line and a RB any QB would be doing similar. Of course, that my opinion, but with any QB, as long as they have that defense, Deebo, and Mac, they are still the team to beat in the NFC.
