I think I mentioned this multiple times over the last year. But the problem we have is, no one in the organization has any overall strategy of what they are as a team. Who is the overall football person? Is that person McCarthy? Does he have full control over everything on his team? I don't think so. Does he have the power to draft whomever he wants, hire whomever he wants on his staff, etc? If not, then wth are we doing?
