It's Keandre Miller for me in round 2 and Hyatt round 1 if hes there then focus on building the lines.

I agree Cooper Rush may get an offer..but we should keep him here. It wouldn't surprise me to see him actually win a starting job in the right system.

All the guy does is win.

I would draft a guy like AR-15 and have a package of plays for him. He is a Lamar Jackson prototype.

IMO this team as is has some big holes and needs. When you add to that the potential losses during FA you see trouble. Even if they sign some of their own FA they cannot fill all their needs/holes in the draft. For a change the Cowboys need to be movers and shakers in pursuit of other teams FA and in the trading market. Two full time starters and two good part time role players is considered a good draft. I think the Cowboys are going to need more than that.

Unlike others, I like a super star RB at the bottom of round 1 because you control his rights for 5 years on a rookie contract, which makes #26 worth it. But only if we let Zeke and Pollard walk.
I don't see us letting Pollard walk, but he might be here only on a one-year tag. We need to get a second back to pair with him and possibly take over the next year when Pollard walks.

Exactly. So far no one has made a valid argument against it.

I like it also. If you are willing to trade him after 3 years when he demands more money. Rinse repeat. I would rather have other positions in rd 1.

This, you can’t wait till week 3 of FA to start getting involved.

A WR and RB in the first two rounds?

Sounds like a good plan.

All the Texas Longhorns fans are getting pissy about people saying we shouldn't take a TB at 26.

The same logic was spouted back when we took Elliott and that earned us jack squat. Build the lines. Fix WR and maybe TE. That should be the focus. Not some TB that some think is a generational talent when in fact, he's really not.

He wins as long as the opponent is held to 17 points or less. No one is going to build their team around Cooper Rush.

Willing to trade him or call his bluff. Zeke did us dirty. At the time coming off that season and looking primed for a run, I understood caving. As many pointed out back then, it was terrible. We set a bad precedence as well.

I hope they remember that during his little "renegotiation." Loved the player, but he's done and I can no longer deny it.
