US sports fans rank Dallas Cowboys fans as “cringiest” fan base

And the Dak spatters show up to turn yet another non-Dak thread into a really lame insult throwing contest. If they don't copy/paste their responses, they dang sure have them memorized!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please make it stop!!!!!
Wouldn't you call that cringey? Talk about irony considering the topic at hand here. Lol.

Easy to pick on the team with the most fans since it's been 27+ years without any meaningful wins. We aren't bandwagon fans so haters can go....well i'll stop short of getting myself banned.

I've spent enough time on Twitter to know why other fans have this perception. I've found myself arguing with younger Cowboys fans - who have never see the team win a Super Bowl - insisting Dak and Romo are/were better than Aikman.
I've had the same debate here.

US Betting Report recently Released data collected from a survey of 2000 U.S. sports fans. Among their findings was the fact that Dallas Cowboys fans are considered, overwhelmingly, to be the “cringiest” sports faNBAse.

Given the 24/7 hype this team gets and the annual implosion of ineptitude we are automatically tagged as delusional and devoted to a team that doesn't deserve it. That and the fact that Cowboys fans are literally everywhere makes it easy to hate on us. Still, even when this team was contending there was ample hate so this #1 ranking is likely to stick forever.

What a childish statement. Stating fact based criticism of a QB is a far cry from cheering for the QB to have a bad game. Why don’t you produce one post where a fan on here cheered for Dak to have a bad game against San Fran, or any team. I’ll wait. At least you proved we do have some real low IQ dumb idiots here (as opposed to smart idiots).
Exactly. Who in the heck was rooting for Dak to have a bad game. I wanted to get to an NFCCG finally.

They're jealous because we aren't fair-weather fans...we support our team thick and thin. We haven't done anything for the last 28 years and we still standby our team. Other teams fans dont....also "experts" in the media, if they want their ratings high they speak of the Cowboys...everyone chimes in when it has to do with the Cowboys....We could field a high school football team and we still be considered a Super Bowl contender...Just overall, when the Cowboys are the topic of conversation...its news worthy and other teams fans hate us for it....

It's everywhere online and in the media. I live two hours from DC and have family who are...Commanders fans. The hate is real. I know some of you remember the motto.
Yep..if I wasn’t on this site I wouldn’t see any at all. Everyone in my family are Cowboy fans. And my friends too.

Maybe in professional sports.

However, living in Alabama for almost half my life now I can absolutely say that our fan base on its worst day isn't as cringe as Tide fans.

Many Cowboy fans come from their rival cities more than any other team I can think of...maybe the Yankees.

I'm apart of that here in DC (60/40 WSH around the DMV), and know it to be true in Philly also to a lesser extent. I can understand those that see us "traitors" as cringe, but doesn't matter to me either way.

“causing feelings of acute embarrassment or awkwardness.”

The good news is that the actual fans have 0 percent of this in them, it is what other people feel about them, and to that, I do not care
I think a lot has to do with the Cowboys having the most fans. Every hone team against us usually has 30% if not more of our fans in the opposing stadiums.

If you compare stats in full context, adjusting for era, etc... there is quite a strong argument you can make for Romo, and that is really the only thing you can compare since only one of them had a conpetent FO.
