It doesn't matter. Nothing after the contract is signed matters.

And the cap is going to go up significantly by then, $35m AAV is probably the floor for 11's deal.

first i think of Zack Martin at 14m and smile, and then wonder what Lamb would have to do for me to say "Lets pay him 30m a year". Starting caliber QB's need thier own cap.

I could see that too.

If he plays at least decent (against a good defensive team) and isn't the reason why Dallas loses like how he played against SF.

But if he puts up a clunker he'll be gone.

Yep.........but I'm on the fence. He's a good CB, damn good.........I just don't elite, especially not enough for long-term top 5 pay.
