I like this roster too. Quite a bit. And I have high hopes for this team.

Just wish SJ would stop saying “this is as deep a team as we’ve ever had” if only because he says it almost every year. Maybe just say “We have a good roster this year” and leave it at that.

For example: here’s what he said in 2019:

Oh well. Maybe this is the year. Hope so.
 
Stephen was too stupid to understand the question. If it's such a deep team and roster cuts will be so difficult be Ue you have to cut really good players is it possible you'll trade one of them?

Let's revisit this when we are starting street FAs at RB and OL midway through the season.
 
I can get past Stephen saying this since he was in highschool the last time the team was really stacked.

I know it does, but I don't think our depth on offense is that good

I agree. Something more along the lines of "we have a solid team that can contend" rather than "bestest ever".
