They really tried to sell us on McCarthy calling plays like it's 2010 and a career journeyman assistant Schottenheimer improving the offense

They did the same thing with Garrett. "He's a bad coach, but bet he can call plays!". Then he stinks, next year they pretend he never had the duty.
