I've watched Estime, B. Allen, and Rocket Sanders. These guys are big tough runners, but when I think of a RB for Dallas, I'm looking an elusive RB w/ good catching abilities.

Late round guy? Sure. I wouldn't take him before the 4th round and I am a ND grad. I worry about his explosiveness at the next level.

I have always liked pairing of a speed/power back combo. Pollard brought explosiveness, where Barber brought energy off the bench. Kind of like what the Packers employ with A. Jones and Dillion. Estime fits that power back well.

Estime is a bit like T.J. Duckett was coming out of Michigan St, but I think Estime has better speed.

I’d like to shoehorn this into the thread but my guy Kyren Williams (Notre Dame) has been balling out for the Rams this season.

The comp I had for him was Austin Eckler and I think that still holds.

134 carries
687 yards
5.1 YPC
7 TDs

22 rec.
190 yards
3 TDs

He’s the guy I wish we had instead of Duece (I know he came out in 2022).

Well part of it is I don't value RBs a ton. So I am anti-TB in the first round to begin with. But the kid from Texas, Brooks, I think is better. Corum, from UM, is also better IMO. Benson, the kid from FSU.

This is a bad thing to mimic.

Force-feeding Dillon has been bad for that offense. He's a bad runner.

Id take him in the 3rd. Has some 3 down value. As a runner I think he is pretty much going to be a north/south only guy in the NFL. Maybe think Damien Harris with a little bit of receiving ability That might hurt his value some, probably keep him out of the top 70. I like Corum and Benson better.

How much do you think Corum weighs?

Brooks is rehabbing from an ACL tear.

ACL tears don't scare me. If anything, maybe you could get him later than he should go.

Yeah, people will bring up Jaylon but his knee injury was so much worse than Brooks'.

Totally agree.
Jaylon's nerve damage was more severe than the actual knee injury.

FWIW, he technically made it official that he's entering the draft.
