This new Billie Eilish record, Hit Me Hard And Soft, is... pretty good. Sometimes it's great. Sometimes it isn't. But Billie has done something I was hoping she would do now that she's been popular for a while - take some swings. Musically, she is venturing into territory she hasn't before. She's experimenting. And vocally, she's really pushing herself to her limits. I like it.
