Video: Deuce Vaughn: I watched tape of Cole Beasley - Learn to read coverages - Dallas Cowboys 2024

....got a bad feeling for Vaughn. He tries hard and shows great team ethics.

But reality of it, he's too small for NFL. Bease was at least 5'9, speed and good hands.

What I can see from Vaughn is being a gadget player. Used as decoy on crucial downs.

If the QB can hit him in stride even short dump passes then he has a chance to make an impact. If he is having to stop and wait for the ball things won't go well.

Jerry raved about this guy. Fat Mike was "all-in" on him. Even if he never gets it, he'll be here for a decade.

From what’s been going on in OTA’s they’re going to be using him in the passing game. He needs space. We’ll see if that creates a niche for him.
yes a small roll that they can find a niche both for him and Turpin, Turpin needs more plays from WR/slot,

so my idea would be take Turpin off special teams most of the games, not all situations put Vaughn in those roles, so he can get into the game mentally, he can play special teams and then you find four or five plays produce on offense and yes it has to be on stretch plays on the outside motion and moving but I think that our offense could have been more potent last year had our offensive coordinator used all our players in better roles.. they were not rotating the running backs properly in my view and DV and turpin werent used enough.

And again this is just my opinion I just felt our offense will be better this year if they utilize all of these players better I feel it could be better than last year it would have been better last year had they got these guys more playing time but in the situations where they can succeed..
