Cowboys granted two game roster exemption for Lamb

Not sure how this works but I imagine the moment he steps on the field week 1, the exemption is voided?

Guess it still buys a little time with the roster.

They would need to activate him before the game and make a corresponding roster move to make room.

So who is let go for lamb , which position is overloaded? ( TE, secondary ? )

I’d like to know how many players that held out of TC got soft tissue injuries before week 2.

This isn't the 90s when players didn't have personal trainers. CeeDee should be fine for a full load. He wasn't on the couch.

All of the data comparing the 2020 season vs. others on soft tissue injuries is so flawed. It attributes injuries to factors such as the lack of a pre-season while ignoring that people were in lockdown, unable to go the gym, etc. Turn off the talk radio.

Nice way to sort of have 54 guys on the team in the lead up to the Browns. I think a lot of people assumed he'd be moved on the 53 once Chuma Edoga goes on IR, but more likely that they use Edoga's spot for a waiver claim or free agent signing, then cut like Rush/Sieg/Goodwin/etc. before week 1 (sign them to the practice squad, elevate them the first 3 weeks, etc.).

I posted an article awhile back, and there is an increased risk. It's not astronomical or anything but there does appear to be a connection. I'm typically ok with guys missing some camp, but feel like it's better to get at least two or three weeks in, just to help the body get acclimated. I'd re-post if I could remember where I found it.

Yes. But which one is Jerry?

A strong case can be made either way!
Answer: Homer Simpson

  • He drinks way too much
  • He is never held accountable for messing up on the job
  • His wife always puts up with all his crap
  • His son is a goof off
