At what point do we develop another QB to takeover?

They better start drafting the best QB they can in the draft, but they will probably wait until Dak annouces his retirement.

You can draft a quarterback, groom him for a couple of years, and then put him in and he sucks. It's hard to find a good QB, which is why it's hard to let go of a good one.

The QB position is tricky because you give them a bunch of money and need those first rounders to put talent around them. So then what do you do? Draft guys in the 3rd and 4th and get the next Mike White? It’s a tough conversation for a team that doesn’t use free agency.
