Quinshon Judkins Ohio State

3rd round
Nick Singleton Penn State
R. J. Harvey UCF

I'd draft two of these backs.
There are like 5 more good backs that you left off. Excellent draft for backs. No reason why we shouldn’t draft two backs with our 11 picks.

I have seen glimpses of Rico Dowdle to think he can complement a drafted RB , sprinkle in Leupke and you’ve got a three headed rushing attack . I don’t want to spend two picks on a RB . I want a stout strong defense that gets three and outs creates turnovers and helps the offense . D is the theme in April .

Rico is a JAG free agent. He is a dime a dozen. Some players we need to move on from and he is one of them.

I’m telling you guys to watch tape on Tahj Brooks out of Tech. He’s now the all time leading rusher at Tech and has rushed for over 100 every game this season. He’s a bowling ball at 230.

Two games on the road this season when he’s had at least 18 rushes resulted in 2 wins against the Steelers and Commanders . A contract that makes sense to both parties should be tendered . Guy catches the ball as well and knows what to do with it .

He has never ran for over 100 yards a game and fumbles the football. We should have lost to the Steelers with his horrible fumble. JAG.

Cut him not resign him sure then your back to square one no one other then Leupke and he’s not a RB . Maybe Dowdle hasn’t hit the 100 mark because he hasn’t had 20 touches in a game . On a 4-7 team he’s one of the brighter young players to go forward .

That is just it. Rico is not young. This is the first season he has not had in injury issue. The Cowboys need to bring an an above average back in free agency then draft two backs in this deep draft for backs. Then your room would be set for next 4 years.

I wouldn’t spend 2 picks on a back . Dowdle and draft one plus Leupke at FB . I think Dowdles 26 . Not ancient .

100% agree…he’s better than our fans give him credit for he just needs a bulk of the carries.

I’ve seen James Conner thrown around as a FA target…Rico has a higher YPA and much better success rate.

Just did an initial quick look at how these RBs move and only looked about a few.
Favorites: Jeanty of course head n shoulders above the rest. Then Smith SMU, Neal Kansas, and the guy from Rutgers.

I've watched Hampton n Johnson and I'm not as fond of them as the guys I've mentioned. Still have more guys to look at.

The most underrated RB in this year's class is Cam Skattebo from Arizona St. He's a downhill runner and might just be the toughest back to tackle...mainly because he looks to hit you first. Plays RB with a LB's mentality... Has some Mike Alstott in him.
Skattebo is the only starting RB to be on ST... and wants to be on ST. The kid loves to light people up!
This kid is fun to watch.

I like him. He is a tough one.

Give me RJ Harvey in the third and double down with Skattebo in the fifth...he'll add some attitude to the RB room. Harvey will bring the lightning and Skattebo will bring the thunder.

They should sign for sure.
Rico needs to make it through the rest the season but as of right now he should return. I still think you can find a better back in free agency to that won’t break the bank.

He isn’t a player that deserves a huge contract but give him a little credit. The rest of the backfield are JAGs or worse (Elliott, Cook, Vaughn) Rico has been impressive when then actually give him the ball and would make a great complementary piece in the RB group if he isn’t to expensive.
