McDonald’s is offering its customers more ways to save on Big Macs, McNuggets, and other food items beginning in the New Year.

The fast-food giant announced on Friday that it will launch a new everyday value menu on Jan. 7, 2025, which will include exclusive in-app offers, a new Buy One, Add One offer, and the popular $5 Meal Deal.

Good for them and the customers, i guess? A few of the McDonalds in my area have less than stellar reviews and i suspect if they were Mom N Pops and didn't have that big sign outside they would go out of business.

I do like the chicken nuggets. IMO the best of the fast food nuggets and the best of the fast food breakfast. But as far as value goes, you can’t beat Wendy’s. They started the 5 dollar meal probably a decade ago. Everyone else dropped the ball.

The round egg that comes on the McMuffin is OK. You can order it by itself.

If you use the app, you can get stuff pretty cheap most of the time.

Of course, the only thing I ever get there, usually when my daughter requests it, are the nuggets and pancakes w/sausage.

They very well should extend 5 dollar value meals..as the overall prices for fast foods have been outrageously ridiculous.

It's costing 8 to 9 dollars for a single big burger alone..?

That's why their overall sales have dive bombed..like a number other fast food places as well.

And i can imagine that these places also been wasting a ton of food from the lack of sales....that so many of these fast foods have begun creating more and more "value" savings meal deals to help try to get back buyers interest.

At least back in the day they served (mostly) real food. It wasn't real health, but it was generally natural ingredients.

Now it's loaded with synthetic stuff from labs that I wouldn't feed to a pet.

People always take the high road like McDonalds is beneath them and so on.
Yet it continues to thrive and sell millions...probably to many who would complain about them.

It was never meant to be gourmet. It is what it is and it works.

With that said...they ripped off the Wendy's biggie bag options.

I don't know what McDonalds are like where you guys are but here they are super clean and have very good service. They are easily up there with the best fast food around.

Really depends on the place. The ones in central stations are usually pretty filthy. Others near the Autobahn or those in smaller towns are exceptionally clean.

I don't like the food from McDonald's, I prefer Burger King over here. Unfortunately we don't have the really good ones like in n out.
