I'll try to do some digging because honestly I don't remember...but I'll see if Jimmy Johnson at his introductory presser described the type team he was building...speed? aggressive defense? disciplined? good running game? maybe he didnt mention a word, you may be right....but the internet does allow us to check everyone's thoughts

The way Jerry operates is no secret. People don’t want to work that way. The last hire was an anomaly….decent QB in place, good roster that needed to get over the hump.

It wasn’t a completely unattractive situation. Now the roster is in full decline, the QB is making a ton and is in sharp decline….really, who is coming here…oh and for on the lower end of the pay scale?

Right into the ground, kids. I can feel it.
