Jerry talks upcoming free agency

We are we even remotely surprised by this revelation? Of course they don’t have the money to be aggressive in FA due the fact they had to pay Lamb and Prescott and now Micah; and even if Jerry had the money he would stand pat thinking he already has a championship team…he has said that for several years now…”hanging around the rim” I think he called it.
The Joneses have no clue on how to build a football team…I think it’s obvious they are clueless and all they do is spout their rhetoric and buzz words to the gullible fans who buy into it year-after-year. It’s no coincidence that the 30 years of mediocrity coincided with Jimmy’s departure…yeah Jerry won a Super Bowl with Barry Switzer, but it was Jimmy’s team.
Collectively, the FO has done a horrible job making personnel decisions: bringing Zeke back in lieu of possibly signing Henry and of course the Dak contract; of which the ramifications will be felt for years to come; Moreover, the refusal to manipulate the salary cap to facilitate bring in players to help Dallas win. While other teams in Dallas’ division and in the Conference reload, Dallas does nothing.
And of course there is hiring a journeyman OC who has had no real success other than making players comfortable in a system with no accountability; who is naive enough to think he is going to change the culture and Jerry will be supporting him in that endeavor.

Honestly I don't think any GM really cares what fans think, you can't run a team based on what fans think because you can't get fans to agree on much. Clearly the end results matter. I'm not saying this as some cover for Jerry but fact is I don't think any GM operates based on what fans think

So Jerry........ your team was 7-10. You've been lapped by 2 of the 3 teams in your division. And all you're going to do is give one of your existing players a huge raise ? Does he really think that's all he has to do? Where is the improvement going to come from? You can't just run a NFL team based on dollars and cents. There really should be some football stuff in there. Go get some talent you cheap SOB
 
This is the "culture" he created. Why would he have any urgency to change it. He's not doing anything that could possible prove him wrong. I'm actually okay with him not seeing another championship. He doesn't deserve it and his legacy should be this loser land he's created.

It doesn't matter. It matters how they play. This year it seems like there isn't much available in as far as big names. It looks like a possibility of getting some oline help and it looks like they could sign Osa and a linebacker and a dlineman.

So same plan as always. Hoping we get lucky with a few bargain baesment and street FAs isnt a winning strategy.

But yeah, Im sure we will somehow fill out a 53 man roster like usual.

This shouldn't have to be sold to an adult but here's something easy you don't like what the guy says don't post links don't click on the links if you see them and don't listen to what he has to say just so it can irritate you and then you have to come tell everybody how you feel about it this isn't about feeling we all now know to not listen to Jerry or Stephen and we just need to see what happens and then we can talk about whatever happened..
