Foot injuries tend to recur. We shall see. I was down on Ware staying healthy when he left and look how that turned out…
He was a very good player for a very long time. Good luck D!

It seemed when he signed that first big contract, some people turned on him.
He irritated a lot of people (myself included) using the surgery as leverage in contract negotiations & with the HotBoyz crap. But I felt like he played some of his best\most consistent football late in his career. I have no hard feelings toward him & no issue with him moving on at that price & age.

:hammer:....If we got scared because of a "foot injury"...then the front office didn't see the situation for what it was.

1. We were out of the playoff race...an old vet that's been through the wars....saving his body. I can't blame him. It was a lost season...QB gone....

2. See the above situation...D-law saw how they screwed Ware...I can't blame D-law for looking out for himself. This adminstration has screwed too many players for people not to take notes.

3. I'm not apologizing for the obvious...

I thought $12m/yr was a little too much. Good for him. I'm glad he landed somewhere decent (NOT an NFC East team), still hate to see him go.

Welp, it's on Kneeland and Sam Williams now to step up

I don't disagree. I always felt that he never reached his peak potential and I put that to lack of desire.

I don't believe he was a " first in the facility and last out" kind of person
Wow talk about someone who doesn’t pay attention at all

Hardest working guy on defense with the best motor of anyone the last 7-8 years
