My thinking also........but I'm sure teams will access the police report, which give some sense potential seriousness. Either way, I'm guessing his agent will release statement before the draft.

The problem is it probably won't go away before the draft. He'll go from a 3rd round prospect to an UDFA. That's a good amount of money he'll lose.
