  1. The Cowboys did not fill their need at #2 receiver during the draft.
  2. Moore brings the deep speed element Stephen Jones said the Cowboys were looking for.
  3. Moore is still available and would come cheap at this point.
  4. Moore is still just 25 years old. With both youth and upside
  5. Has Moore ever played with a quality quarterback?
I would roll the dice.

He is a JAG. We have plenty of those.

In My opinion is we stand pat right now,

no need to go after a player that's not proven at all he may have something I don't know but I don't need another one of those on the team..

we just got 2 undrafted free agents, One looks solid, we have those guys from last year like Flournoy, Brooks cropper ,They NEED ALL The reps, all the practices mini-camps,ota's, training camp, and the start of preseason..

if we come out of preseason game 2 and they have yet to address the position and wr2 does not look to be here, then we need to look at outside options.

A very disappointing career. Has to be more than just his play. Might be a toolbag.

Another post mentioned him.....my response is the same, good question.

It appears this kid checks all the boxes. The question is how much the Browns are asking?????

Why not? At this point, when we still have some cap, bring in anyone who could even compete for WR3 or WR4

Hey guys, MORE JAGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i got a fever, the only cure, MORE JAGS ON THE TEAM.

Cowboys think Mingo can be that player.
I doubt that's the word they would use it's not that they think so they hope so they have hope in his potential but they would not have come out and said and they normally don't say things like this they said that they know wide receiver too is right now not on this roster even though they have faith in some of the players could turn into that they know they need to go outside to address this wide receiver 2..

Literally twice during the draft process they were looking to trade for a wide receiver they literally made a comment and again they don't normally do this they would come out and say we like our guys we think that guy is on this team and that we're going to let the coaches coach him up we have faith in our new coaching staff that's not what they said they literally admitted for the first time out loud to the public that they believe they're going to have to look outside for WR2..

Just because they have faith and they believe there's potential in Mingo does not make them think he's that player.. We do have a bunch of dudes that somebody could step up I know Tolbert's gonna improve this year maybe not enough to be a special trusted wr2 But between Lamb Tober and Turpin along with using guys out of the backfield which the receiving threat could very much be blue they will have a solid core but again we need somebody to step up out of all the players we just added in the offseason and the draft and if they don't look in camps and practices like that guy I'm sure they are going to bring someone over I really believe they might do this by Friday I think something's happening this week and they're going to bring in a veteran I don't know if it's amari Cooper or Keenan Allen or a small trade like they did with Brandon Cooks with a 5th round pick which he he was a good enough to be a wide receiver too and I do trust that the scoop coaching staff understands they better have a scheme that helps his team out..

The team and Scouts have already studied the issues involved as well as available. I like Cooper for here and now and pay the needed price in next year's draft for a top shelf and fast WR.

Myself, I would also resign LB Eric Kendricks.

I’m not expecting to win this year, so my point is very much influenced by that…

Not as if Moore would be an awful move, but I think they need to get a good long and fair look at Tolbert and Mingo. They’ve got a third and fourth tied up in them….which is not a reason to stick with them too long if they prove to suck, but Mingo hasn’t even played with Dak yet. Tolbert is in his walk year, and the jury is still way out on if you let him go or not. Are either a legit 2? More than likely not but I think they need to find out.

Plus there’s a decent shot next years draft leans toward skill players, and while I continually moan over the trenches, I won’t be complaining if they take a dynamic type WR top ten next draft….something that I didn’t see available in this past draft.

Why?
The Browns' QB position has been a hot mess the last few years
True. As did the Jets his first team. But he's 24 had all kind of quickness coming out of college, on 2 teams already. Why is he sitting there? That tells me he's not thought of very highly by the league.

All the guys not named CD, suck.

We have guys just like him already lol. Either a guy like Flournoy needs to step up, or we need to go get a vet.

I dont think Moore really fixes the WR2 issue.

Really from what it sounds like the Cowboys really wanted McMillan at 12, but he was taken by Carolina. This tells me its more about bringing in a guy who can get reps at the X instead of a burner.

Just me, but if you were willing to use the 12th overall on the position, why not use a 2026 2nd to find a top young one on another team's roster. I guess I'm saying if you felt that strongly about upgrading the position, don't let the draft stop you.
