Personally I think Schotty is a likable Jason Garrett. He will change the culture. I think the players he has targeted in the draft and in free agency are top shelf dudes on the personal levels. These guys will come in here and work. Guys like Milton, Elam, Turner, ect see an opportunity. I think fans and media will be shocked at the professionalism of these guys.

I don’t know if we will Super Bowls but the team will play hard and by the end of the season the future outlook will be more positive.
