Cowboys predicted to start season with brutal losing streak by NFL analyst

Who the hell is Mike Renner........this could easily be any poster here with the same credibility.
Shoot, I have us going 3-2 for the first 5 games, maybe 4-1. If an being honest, I'm more worry about the Packers than the Eagles.

If we start off 0-5 with losses to the Eagles and Giants, Schotty might not make it to December. I don’t see us starting off that bad. I think we have improved offensively but the defense is still a big concern, especially our DL.

The Dallas Cowboys are entering a new era with Brian Schottenheimer at the helm, but the team is being predicted to start off the 2025 NFL season on a brutal streak.

The Dallas Cowboys have one of the hardest schedules in the NFL season, and that has some analysts presenting an ugly picture for the team's 2025 outlook. Dallas opens the season by traveling to face the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles.

Along with facing the NFC East rivals home and away, the Cowboys will face off against the AFC West, NFC North, Arizona Cardinals, New York Jets, and Carolina Panthers.

Three of the Cowboys' first five games are on the road -- against the Eagles, Chicago Bears, and Jets -- and one NFL expert believes the team will have to wait an entire month before winning their first game of the season.

CBS Sports' Mike Renner predicted Dallas will start the season on a five-game losing streak.

I could see us at 2-3 or 3-2 with obvious loss is Philly. Zero chance winning that one IMO. The Giants at home is a win, pretty confident in that. I absolutely think they can squeeze at least one win out of the next three to go 2-3. If the Packers game was in GB, that would be a dead loss but here and the inconsistency Love showed last year, they could win that one. The Bears don't scare anyone. And the Jets? Road or not, they have QB issues.

LOL, I am as tough on the Cowboys as anyone here but 0-5 seems kinda crazy.

But if they do start 0-5, whew boy, Jerry and his dumb son are gonna be angry and uber defensive on the radio. LOL.

You lose to the Giants at home in a game that will be QB'd by washed up Wilson or a rookie in Dart, you got HUGE problems.

If the running game can get going early that will help the defense . Pretty much why the Cowboys can't fool around to long with the running game like they did last year.

bears, cardinals and jets...the usual off-season super bowl contenders....are being vastly over-rated...right on cue.
soon...another espn write-up...like last year... declaring the jets are super bowl bound.
Don't discount the Bears and Cardinals

Most felt they didn’t stick with the run enough last season but we were playing from behind a lot. Our defense was getting destroyed early in the season. From everything I’ve heard Schotty wants to run the ball. It’s one of the reasons we went OL with our first pick.

This is Mike Renner. He’s a former contestant on The Bachelorette. He’s obviously larping as a sports guy.

I have been saying it all along , I bet they start very slow and end up looking like a different team in the back of the season…this would not shock me at all

Could you imagine the doom and gloom amongst Cowboys Nation if the Cowboys start 0-2 to Philly and the Giants? We could possibly start 0-5 if that happens.

If they start slow they are in trouble if you look at weeks 12-17.

Then again things like that never work out as originally anticipated in the NFL so who knows.

Overall I think this team will be better and deeper but may not win many more games.

Prescotts health is a massive factor and no one has a clue on that, not even him.

If this team is healthy they start 6-2

Eagles and broncos are losses especially Denver

We know where the issue lies and it's not the regular season

Well, darn. I guess there's no reason to even play those games then. Might as well forfeit until the Boys have a winnable game.
When the bell rings and someone punches you right in the face...hey, start the fight then and there.

These Cowboys are already game with guts...
